Refund Policy – GOATcase (Physical Products Only)

At GOATcase, we take pride in delivering high-quality display cases that protect and showcase your most prized trading cards. This refund policy applies only to physical products and complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully when placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, unless required by law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order:

 - Arrives damaged,

 - Has a manufacturing fault, or

 - Is not what you ordered,

you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide:

1. Your order number

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photos showing the damage or fault

Return Instructions

Once your claim is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

To qualify for a return:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

2. Items should be unused (unless faulty)

3. Items should be in original packaging, where possible

Return postage will be covered by GOATcase for approved returns due to faults, damage, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

1. Notify you of the outcome

2. Process any eligible refund to your original payment method

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
